Generate FIRs, contracts, legal notices, and court documents in proper Indian legal format.

LitiGate is designed around the litigation workflow — not just document generation.
This describes LitiGate's product philosophy, not a claim about the capabilities of other tools.
Turn a complex chargesheet into a structured litigation analysis. Upload a chargesheet — even a scanned one — and LitiGate reads it with OCR, extracts the accused, sections, witnesses and seizures with page-level citations, flags potential weaknesses, surfaces potential legal remedies and generates relevant drafts for advocate review.
LitiGate provides AI-assisted analysis and does not replace the professional judgment of a qualified advocate.
Reads photocopied and scanned chargesheets, not just clean digital PDFs.
Accused, sections, witnesses, seizures and dates pulled out with page-level citations.
Highlights procedural gaps, missing sanctions and contradictions in the prosecution case.
Recommends and drafts discharge, quashing and bail petitions from the extracted facts.

Real-world scenarios and the counter-petition strategy LitiGate AI suggests.
Chargesheet shows an unpaid invoice and a civil contract, with no material showing dishonest intention at the time of the agreement.
Suggested petition
Discharge application, with a quashing petition under Section 528 BNSS citing the civil-nature line of Supreme Court rulings.
Seizure memo lacks independent witnesses and the Section 52A inventory certification is not on record; sampling dates do not match.
Suggested petition
Bail application built on the compliance gaps, plus an application seeking production of the full seizure and FSL chain of custody.
The accused is a public servant, but the chargesheet does not annexe a sanction order for the offences alleged.
Suggested petition
Discharge on want of sanction, with a written objection to cognizance placed before the trial court at the framing stage.
Illustrative examples only. AI output is a drafting aid and must be reviewed by an advocate before filing.
Legal AI is only useful when a lawyer can verify where the answer came from.

Supporting Authority
LitiGate is designed to connect substantive analysis to its underlying source material, including relevant document/page references where available. In Chargesheet Intelligence, extracted fields carry page-level citations back to the uploaded document.
LitiGate combines AI-assisted legal analysis with retrieved legal sources so that lawyers can review the underlying authority rather than relying solely on the model's generated text.

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated to your own workspace. We do not sell client data.
AI assists with analysis and drafting; the advocate makes the final legal decision.
Designed for case tracking, source-linked analysis, legal research and drafting in one workflow.
A common question from advocates: "If I upload real case data, can the opposing party ever see it?"The answer is no — and here's exactly how we make sure of it.
Every workspace is locked to your login. Even if an opposing counsel signs up on LitiGateAI, they see only their own cases — never yours. Row-level security enforces this at the database level, not just the UI.
Your uploads, drafts, and notes are never sold to data brokers, advertisers, publishers, or any third party. We have no business model that depends on exposing client data.
All traffic uses TLS 1.2+. Files and database records are encrypted at rest on managed infrastructure. Only your authenticated session can decrypt and view them.
Your case documents are not used to train any AI model. Prompts are sent to the model to generate your output and are not retained for training. Public-source judgments only power the research engine.
Data is stored on enterprise cloud infrastructure with an India presence, audit logging, and least-privilege access. No LitiGateAI staff member can read your private case files.
Delete a document, a case, or your entire account from the dashboard. Deletion removes the record from the live database. Retention limits (30 days for uploads) apply on top of that.
Advocate-to-advocate: if you'd rather test with sample data first, use the Demo — it runs on synthetic cases so you can evaluate every feature without uploading a single real file. Read the full Confidentiality & Isolation Guarantees (with a live isolation self-check you can run on your own account) or our Privacy Policy.
